Everything is better in purple

I finally got to play with my new palette! Expect a lot of colourful posts in the future, I’m in love! I’ve bought a few new bits of makeup recently and I just couldn’t wait to try them all out! Here’s the details to this look!

I started with the Max Factor Face Finity Primer and then the Revlon Colorstay Foundation in 150 Buff. For concealer I used the Collection Lasting Perfection in Fair 1. I recently bought this again after running out, and I forgot how good it was! Such a good cheap concealer. I then set that with the Nyx HD Finishing Powder.

For my brows I used my trusted Nyx Tame & Fame in Espresso. I’ll be honest they’re not the best brows I’ve ever done, I’m trying to grow them out a bit so I can shape them again so they look a bit weird growing out! But bear with me and they’ll get better! I then primed my eyes with the Urban Decay Primer Potion.

For my eyes I started with the pinky purple colour from the Morphe 35c palette all over my lids. I then used the darker purple in my crease and blended it out. I also added a little bit of the darkest purple from my Morphe 35N palette in the outer corners and blended them all together.

I used the brightest orange in the 35C palette under my eyes and blended that out. I also used a tiny bit of my Make Up Revolution highlighter in the inner corner of my eyes. For black liquid liner I used the Nyx Matte Liner and for a little something different I used the Nyx White Liquid Liner for the little dots. I actually bought this recently and was very excited to just use it!

I then applied the Red Cherry lashes in Darla, my favourite brand of affordable lashes, hands down! For my face I used the Make Up Revolution Contour Kit and the Baked Bronzer in Ready To Go. I then used the Highlighter again in Golden Lights.

And for my lips I used the Nyx Liquid Suede in Subversive Socialite, one of my favourite purple lipsticks of all time! I also used the white liner again to add the little dots in the middle of my lip. And finally I finished it all off with the Nyx Dewy Setting Spray.

I hope you all like this look, I can’t wait to try even more colours soon, as I have lots of exciting projects coming up!

Stay Happy
