Sweater Weather

My first fall make-up look! I’ve been trying to hold on to summer for so long (even though it hasn’t felt like summer in the UK for weeks!) but I’ve now accepted that it’s time for me to bring the jumpers out and now I can wear these lovely dark colours. With this look I tried to spruce up a simple smokey eye with some glitter liner, I hope you all like it! Also the jumper is from Stradivarius!

To start off I primed my face with the NYX Pore Filler, using it to get rid of the pores next to my nose. For concealer I used the Collection Lasting Perfection in Fair. And then I used the Revlon Colorstay foundation in Buff. I’ve been loving this foundation lately because it’s similar coverage to my Estee Lauder Double Wear and less expensive, so I try and save my Estee Lauder for when I go out. Then to set all of that I used the NYX HD Finishing Powder (anyone else notice it smells like icing sugar?!)

For my brows I used my trusted NYX Tame and Fame in Espresso, I hardly use anythingIMG_0092edit-2 other than this now! Then I used the Lick and Lash Palette in 35k for my eyes. I mostly used the browns in this palette, using an orange-brown all over my eyes and then a darker brown in my crease. I also used my Morphe 35c palette for the darker brown in my crease and under my eye.

I used the NYX Black Matte Liquid Liner to draw a wing on my eyes and then used the NYX White Liquid Liner to draw around that. It took a lot of trial and error, it was harder than I thought it would be!

I then used the Technic Gold Glitter Liner over the top that I’ve had for ages but use it so much! It’s very fine glitter so it took a few layers to build up the glitter but I’m happy with how it turned out. I added a little bit to my inner corner too. It just makes a smokey eye look a bit more interesting. I used my new SOSU by Suzanne lashes in Paris to complete my eyes. I’m in loveeee with these lashes!

IMG_0078editFor my face I just used the Make-up Revolution contour kit, and the golden highlighter from the Make-up Revolution highlighter palette. I also added a few little freckles to my face using the L’Oreal Brow Artist eyebrow pencil in Dark Brunette and then dabbed them with my beauty blender to make them look more subtle.

Lastly I just added some mascara from Collection. And for my lips I used the NYX Slide On Glide On lip liner in Urban Cafe and then the NYX Liquid Suede in Club Hopper. I’m going to be using this colour a lot in autumn because it’s such a nice colour for this season! IMG_0077edit-2

And that’s all for this fall look, I hope you guys like it! Comment below what other looks/colours you’d like to see me play about with!

Stay Happy
