I loove this look! But it was so time-consuming and more difficult than I thought! Let’s get started!
For my face I used the new Fenty foundation, I only bought it yesterday and I’m in love with it already! I used the Collection concealer under my eyes and then set all of that with the NYX setting powder. And believe it or not I forgot to do my brows! I was going to fill them in with purple eyeshadow but only realised as I’d finished taking pictures! So my brows are au natural for this one!
For my eyes I used the Morphe 35c platte. I started with the lightest pink all over my eyes and then used the purple in my crease and blended them both out way past my eyebrows. Then I lined my eyes with white eyeliner and did a little wing and then covered that with the NYX multitasker and applied some purple glitter over the top. Then I applied the SOSU lashes in New York because they’re the biggest ones I’ve got.
Then I used a big powder brush and put the light pink colour all over my face. Then with the pinky purple colour I used that as contour, on my forehead, cheeks and down my nose. For my highlighter I used the pink shade from the Ultra Cool Glow palette. It has a blue tinge to it, making it look extra bright. On my cheeks I covered the highlighter with vaseline and then applied some light pink glitter, and a Dust and Dance purple and pink glitter. Above that I applied some of the teardrop shade gems with liquid latex and then put little pink pearls in between.
Also under my eyes I drew with vaseline where I wanted the ‘unicorn tears’ to go and then covered that in light pink glitter too. Over my eyebrows I used more pink pearls to line the top. And the gem in the middle of my eyebrows is one from the Gypsy Shrine Ice Queen head set that I just cut out and stuck on with liquid latex. And finally for my lips I used NYX Subversive Socialite.
And then for the hard bit. To make the horn I used the rest of the Fimo that I didn’t use to make my devil horns, and my boyfriend moulded it into a horn shape. When I went to try and stick it on with liquid latex it was too heavy so we had to chop the bottom off, making it smaller. It was also still a red colour but I wanted it pink so firstly I painted it white, although all I had was face paint, so it didn’t dry properly! Then I used pink and purple eyeshadow to draw on the detail. It looks very messy because all the paint came off when I had to touch it. Would highly recommend using normal paint!
Then to stick it on I used liquid latex to stick it on and as it was drying I covered the base and my forehead with liquid latex and tissue and started building it up. It still wasn’t very secure so I would suggest using something different instead. And to try and cover up my mess I coloured the base pink and then put some little pink pearls on!
And that’s the look finished! I covered my chest in pink and purple eyeshadow too and then that’s all.
I hope you like this unicorn look, don’t forget to check out yesterday’s Snake Lady I did here, and stay tuned for tomorrow’s! Only 2 left!
