Red Cut Crease

I’m back with the make-up looks!

It’s been a while but because we’ve moved to Thailand I didn’t think I’d be carrying on with makeup as much. I haven’t brought loads out with me but I can make do with what I’ve got! I might do a post/video about what make-up I did bring!

But lets get started on this look today!

To start off with I used the L’oreal Infallible Pore Refining Primer which I only bought before I came over so I haven’t used it much. I do really like it though and it works well smoothing out my skin.

For concealer I used the Collection Lasting Perfection on my blemishes and also under my eyes. For foundation I used my Estee Lauder Double Wear. And to set all of that I used the NYX HD Finishing Powder.

For my brows I used the NYX Tame & Frame and Rimmel Brow This Way gel.

For my eyes I used a light shade from the Morphe 35n palette all over my lid. Then I used  Burnt Orange out of my Modern Renaissance palette in my crease and blended it out. I then went over that with Red Ochre and blended that out too. Then I built that up with the darkest red shade out of the Morphe palette and blended it out. I used the Collection concealer again to cut the crease and wing it out. I then set that with the lightest shade again.

I then used the Burnt Orange and dark red underneath my eyes, carrying on with the same wing and blended it out. I used the NYX black eyeliner pencil on my waterline and blended it underneath my eyes. For lashes I used the SOSU lashes in Milan.

For contour I used the Sleek contour kit and bronzed my cheeks with the Makeup Revolution bronzer in Ready To Go. I also used a Makeup Revolution highlighter in Golden Lights on my cheek bones, under my brow and my inner corner.

For my lips I used the NYX Liquid Suede in Club Hopper and used the NYX Lingerie in Bedtime Flirt in the centre of my lips to create an ombre effect.

And that’s the first look. I also decided it was a bit out there and different for just a night out so if you have a more muted version I just rubbed off the wings and applied the dark red shade to the outer corner of my eye and blended it inwards. This is a nice simple look instead!

And that’s the look done. I really enjoyed actually being able to play about with make up again today, I haven’t worn it properly in so long! I’m hoping to be able to do a lot more whilst I’m here, and try lots of new styles so I can get better!

What looks would you like me to try next?

Stay Happy

Sarah
