Keilidh MUA Inspired Look

This look is inspired by one of my favourite creators ever, Keilidh Cashell! She’s an absolute beaut, who does really funny YouTube videos and the most perfect makeup! I’m obsessed with her Instagram that you can check out here, and her YouTube channel that you can see here! I thought today I would recreate one of my favourite looks from her, with a few new Thai products!

I started with priming my face with the L’oreal Infallible Primer, especially my nose and cheeks. Then I used the Maybelline Fit Me concealer on all my blemishes (my skin has been testing me lately!) I then mixed my Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation with the Rimmel Match Perfection, which is darker because my Estee is too light now I have  bit of a tan. Then to highlight under my eyes I used the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer. To set my face I used the NYX HD Finishing Powder.

For my brows I used the NYX Tame and Frame Brow Pomade. I then used the Rimmel Brow Gel to give my brows a bit more texture. I also used the Collection concealer to carve out my brows and use as base on my lid. Then I used my new NYX Ultimate Brights palette, I’d been wanting this palette for so long and I was not disapointed! I used the bright pinky purple shade first in my crease and then used the lilac shade to blend it out. I then added the darkest purple shade into my crease to deepen it and then blend it out. And finally I did the same with the tiniest bit of black, just to make it really dark.

I then used the Collection concealer again to draw out where I wanted the spotlight to be and then filled it in. Working from the outside in, I used the darkest shade of purple in the Morphe 35n palette on the outer and inner corners of my eye. Then I used the darkest purple shade from the NYX palette next to that, and then the pinky purple shade. Finally from that palette I used the darkest blue shade towards the centre, and blended all these colours 31102427_10216190364141866_1608050976986497024_nout as I was going. Then in the centre I used another new purchase. It’s the Odbo eyeshadow in 01, which I think is a Thai brand. It’s the really glittery silver shade, so I used that all over the centre of the spotlight. And then just to make it even brighter I used another newbie, the lightest silver 31064454_10216190364021863_7484657301341601792_nglitter gel from Obuse, another Thai brand. I was pleasantly surprised with both of the new products, as they were so cheap. The eye liner was the equivalent to £1.80 and the eyeshadow was about £3.

For under my eye I used the blue from the NYX palette and blended it out. I then lined my eyes with the NYX Pencil Liner and used a bit of black eyeshadow just on my lash line and then blended them both out. I also added a bit of the glitter underneath my eye 30743982_10216190364541876_3941966218864361472_ntoo. For the inner corner I used the Odbo eyeshadow and also put a bit under my brows. Lastly for my eyes I applied some new lashes I got too. They’re from a brand called YIWU and they’re style N101. These are my new favourites and I got 3 pairs for about £3.90! Crazy!

For my face I used the Sleek Contour Kit and then my Makeup Revolution Baked Bronzer in Ready To Go. For highlight I used the Odbo eyeshadow again even though it’s a bit too chunky to be a highlighter, but I didn’t have a different cool toned highlighter so I had to improvise! And for my lips I used the NYX Liquid Suede liner and lipstick in Sandstorm, which I bought recently. It’s always been a favourite of mine but I forgot to bring one with me!

And that’s the look finished! I love taking inspiration from other makeup artists; my Instagram feed is full of beautiful work everyday! If you haven’t checked Keilidh’s out already, have a look now and give her a follow! She’s doing some incredible things right now and is growing and growing everyday!

Comment below who else’s makeup you think I should recreate!

Don’t forget to give my last post a gander here!

Stay Happy
