Ombre Eyeliner

Today I thought I’d try out the trend of Ombre Eyeliner. I’ve seen so many girls smashing this trend lately and they’re all amazing so I thought I’d give it a go. All I can say is it’s a lot harder than I thought it would be! Let’s get started!

Face:

  • Simple Moisteriser
  • L’Oreal Infallible Primer
  • Maybelline Fit Me Concealer
  • Estee Lauder Double Wear
  • NYX HD Finishing Powder
  • Collection Concealer
  • NYX Tame & Frame Brow Pomade

For my eyes I used the NYX Ultimate Brights palette first. I started with the yellow on the inner corner of my eyes, then used Realgar from the Modern Renaissance palette next to that. Then next to that I used the pink shade from the Ultimate Brights palette and finally the deep purple shade on my outer corner. I made sure these were all blended together and used the same colours under my eyes too. Then using the Collection concealer and a thin brush I applied the concealer as if it was eyeliner. Then I used the same colours over that but in the opposite direction to create the ombre effect.

I then just applied the YIWU lashes and some mascara and that’s all! I struggled with getting the eyeshadow to stick though and the colours have kind of blended together but practise makes perfect!

Face:

  • Sleek Contour Kit
  • Make-up Revolution Bronzer in Ready To Go
  • Make-up Revolution Highlighter in Golden Lights

Finally I used the NYX Lip Lingerie in Bedtime Flirt and that’s it done! I also used a brown eyeliner to add the little freckles on my nose and cheeks. I then blotted them down using a beauty bender!

Let me know what you think about this look in the comments below!

Stay Happy!
