31 Days of Halloween 2018, Make-up

Galaxy Queen (1/31)

It’s finally October!

And I’m back with another 31 Days of Halloween! I enjoyed doing it last year so much and I knew this year would be difficult but I wanted to try it anyway! It was so hard to find things here in Thailand so we’ll see how I go on throughout the month!

This is my first day and I decided to go full blown galaxy because who doesn’t love these colours and glitter?! Lets get started shall we?

(Disclaimer: All photos are edited. Hair colour, eye colour and lighting has been edited,  but the makeup hasn’t been edited)

First I started with the L’Oreal Infallible Primer all over my face but concentrated more on my pores. For my blemishes I then used the Maybelline Fit Me concealer and used the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation. To conceal under my eyes I used the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer, my favourite concealer ever! I then used the NYX HD Finishing Powder all over to set my foundation.

For my brows I used my trusty NYX Tame & Fame brow pomade. Then I used my all time favourite, the P.Louise Rumour base to carve out my brows and cover my whole lid. This base is unreal, it makes eyeshadows look the brightest I’ve ever seen! On my eyes I started with the Morphe 35c palette, the best palette for colours! I went in with the dark purple shade from the palette in the crease of my eye and then blended it out with the purple-pink shade up to my brow bone. I also blended it out towards my hairline. To make the crease even deeper I used the Ife shade from The Magic palette by Juvia’s Place.

I then used the P.Louise base again to cut out my crease. I then applied Faso from The Magic palette over half of my cut crease and blended it out with the turquoise shade from the Morphe 35c palette towards the end. I then used Ife again to blend it in the outer corner. I used all the colours that I’d used on top, on the bottom and put a bit of Faso in my inner corner and on my brow bone for highlights. I then used a bit of the NYX Black Eyeliner in my water line and applied my YIWU lashes.

For my face I started with a big brush and the purple-pink shade from the Morphe 35c palette. I put some on my forehead, over my cheekbone and nose and down the other side of my face. I alsp put some on my neck and chest. Over that I brushed on some of the darker purple from the same palette and all over my neck and chest. And just in some parts of the galaxy, I applied Ife to make some parts darker. Over all of this I applied Faso to highlight and create the glowy sky. And on the most concentrated parts of the galaxy I used the Odbo glittery eyeshadow to add a bit of sparkle.

To add the little stars and dots I used the NYX White Liner. For my lips I used the NYX Liquid Suede in Subversive Socialite with a little bit of Faso on my cupids bow for highlighter.

And that’s pretty much the look done! Obviously my hair is edited purple and so are my eyes but I’ll be doing this a lot over this month because I can’t afford contact lenses or wigs!

I really hope you liked my first day of 31 Days of Halloween, be sure to comment below what you think! Or what Halloween looks you want to see over October!

Stay Spooky
