31 Days of Halloween 2018, Make-up

Cheshire Cat 2.0 (3/31)

Today I’ve recreated one of my favourite looks that I did last year! It looks pretty similar but there’s a few things I think I’ve improved over the course of a year. Lets get started!

(Disclaimer- Eyes, hair and lighting has been edited but the makeup hasn’t been changed)

I started off with the L’Oreal Infallible primer and used the Maybelline Fit Me concealer on my blemishes. I then used the Fenty Beauty foundation all over my face. I concealed under my eyes with the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer and then set it all with the NYX HD Finishing Powder.

I then used the NYX Tame & Fame Brow pomade for my eyebrows and carved them out with the P.Louise Rumour Base.

For my eyeshadow I started off with the pink/purple shade from the Morphe 35c palette in my crease and blended it up towards my brow. To deepen my crease I then used the dark purple shade from the same palette and blended it out. Lastly I used the deep purple shade from the P.Louise palette to make the crease even darker.

To then cut the crease and wing it out I used the P.Louise Rumour Base and then covered that with the best white ever from the P.Louise palette.

I then used the NYX black liquid liner to do a little cat eye and then applied the YIWU lashes. I used the pink shade under my eyes and then applied black closer to my waterline. I then used the NYX black liner on my water line and applied a bit of mascara.

I then used the black Snazaroo face paint to draw where I wanted the cats mouth to go and started drawing the teeth using the Smiffys white face paint. Once I’d filled them in I painted black around them.

With the mouth done I just used a big brush with the pink eyeshadow on from the Morphe 35c palette and used it all over my forehead, cheekbones and nose. With a smaller brush I added in the purple stripes on my forehead, cheeks and the tip of my nose. I used the same colours on my neck too.

To add a bit of extra glow I used a bit of Vaseline and put some purple glitter on the purple stripes. And on my nose I used the Faso shade from the Juvia’s Place Magic palette as a highlighter. I also added a tiny bit of light pink glitter on the inner corners of my eyes.

And that’s the look complete! I hope you like my take on the Cheshire Cat!

Don’t forget to check out yesterday’s look! Slytherin Soul (2/31)

Stay Spooky!
