31 Days of Halloween 2018, Make-up

Neon Skull 2.0 (11/31)

One of my favourite looks to date! This is inspired by the Queen of skulls herself, The Wigs and Makeup Manager! Her skills are seriously insane and you have to check her out! I also did a Neon Skull last year and it was one of my most popular looks so I wanted to try and make it better. Lets get started!

To start with I used the L’Oreal Infallible primer on my t-zone and then used the Maybelline Fit Me concealer on my blemishes. For foundation I used the Estee Lauder Double Wear and then concealed under my eyes with the Collection concealer. For my brows I used the Fame & Tame brow pomade and carved them out with the P.Louise Rumour Base.

For my eyes I just used a black eyeshadow from the Morphe 35c palette all over my lid and winged it out a little. I blended that out with the dark blue shade from the Juvias Place Magic palette. I also used the same colours under my eyes. I then applied the YIWU lashes. For my left eye I used the NYX White Liquid Liner to draw the cat eye and then used a bit of the turquoise shade from the Morphe 35c palette over the top.

For the skull part I used the NYX white pencil liner to draw where I wanted each line to be. I then went over those lines with the bright turquoise shade from the Morphe 35c palette. I then blended it out slightly. In the hollows of my cheeks, temple and jaw I used the deep blue shade from the Juvias Place Magic palette and a little bit of black eyeshadow to darken them. I also did this in each section on my nose. I then went over all those lines with the NYX White Liquid Liner. For the teeth I also used the deep blue at the bottoms. For some of the lines I went over them twice to make them really stand out.

And that’s the look finished! It sounds really simple but skulls will always be one of the hardest things to do I think but I’m super happy with how this one has turned out!

If you haven’t already, check out yesterdays look! Voodoo Doll (10/31)

Stay Spooky!
