31 Days of Halloween 2018, Make-up

The Mask (13/31)

I’ve seen this going around Instagram so much this Halloween and I loved the idea of it so I thought I’d give it a try! Lets get started!

To start with I used the L’Oreal Infallible primer on my t-zone and then used the Maybelline Fit Me concealer on my blemishes. I then used the Fenty Beauty foundation all over my face and the Collection concealer to hide my bags. I then used the NYX Tame & Fame brow pomade for my brows and carved them out with the P.Louise Rumour Base.

On my eyes I used the turquoise shade from the Morphe 35c palette in my crease and blended it out towards my brow bone. I then used the dark blue shade from the same palette in my crease and lastly used the dark blue shade from the Juvias Place Magic palette to deepen the crease. I then used the P.Louise base to draw out the spotlight. In the middle I used the bright yellow shade from the NYX Ultimate Brights palette and on either side I used the turquoise shade from the same palette. And then I blended that in with the dark blue shade from the Magic palette. I used the dark blue under my eyes too and then applied the YIWU lashes and some mascara.

For my cheeks I used the Makeup Revolution bronzer in Ready To Go and the Fenty Beauty highlighter. And for my lips I used the NYX Lip Lingerie in Bedtime Flirt.

And finally for the ‘mask’ I used the black Snazaroo face paint to draw the line around my face where I wanted the mask to be. I then used it to colour in the part of my forehead that I want to have disappeared. I used some grey eyeshadow to then blend out the edges to create a shadow. And lastly I used the NYX black liquid liner to draw the little string on the mask.

And that’s the look done! It’s a really simple illusion to pull off and I love how this had turned out!

If you haven’t already, check out yesterdays look! Black Swan (12/31)

Stay Spooky!
