I love the idea of this look, of the Dalmatian poking out from under the skin! Cruella is someone I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I love how this turned out because it isn’t super in your face. Let’s get started!
First I used the liquid latex to draw out where I wanted my spots to go. Once I’d done one layer of latex I let it dry and then applied another layer. When that had dried I started on my face. I used the L’Oreal primer first on my t-zone and then used the Maybelline concealer on my blemishes. I then used the Fenty Beauty foundation over my face including the liquid latex to make it look more like my skin colour. I then used the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer to hide the bags under my eyes. I then used the NYX HD Finishing Powder to set it all.
I then used my tweezers to start to pull up the inside edge of the liquid latex to make it look like my skin is coming off.
For my brows I just filled them in lightly with a black eyeshadow and carved them out with the P.Louise Rumour Base. For my eyes I started with the light turquoise shade from the Morphe 35c palette and put that all over my eye and right up to my brow bone. Cruella is notorious for having super high, green eyeshadow so I wanted something similar but something that was still glam. In my crease I then used the darker turquoise shade from the same palette. I didn’t want the eyes to look dark so I left it with that and cut the crease using P.Louise Rumour Base. On top of that I patted down the most amazing shimmery green shade from the Juvias Place Magic palette. It’s easily one of my favourite colours!
To finish the eyes I used the same colours underneath, applied a wing with the NYX black liquid liner and the YIWU lashes.
For my face I used the Makeup Revolution baked bronzer in Ready To Go and the baked highlighter in Golden Lights. Then I applied the NYX Liquid Suede in Cherry Skies and that’s the ‘normal’ part of the face done.
For the spots I painted the inside with the Smiffys white face paint, and let it dry before doing another coat. I then used a detail brush with some black Snazaroo face paint on to draw the little spots. Around the outside of the spot, where my ‘skin’ was I used a dark red eyeshadow to make it look a bit irritated. And then because I can’t find fake blood over here I used some of the Cherry Skies liquid lipstick to add a bit around the edges.
And that’s pretty much the look finished! Super happy with how this has turned out, eye’s and hair are edited obviously! I can’t afford contacts or wigs!
