If you didn’t read the title of this in Shrek’s voice then I’m very disappointed! This is one of my favourite looks I’ve ever done and I look hella cute green! Might just stay this green for life! Let’s get started!
First I had to try and mix colours to make her skin colour. We attempted a few times and just mixed Snazaroo grass green with a lot of Snazaroo bright yellow. I applied it to all of my face and the chest, leaving out the dress and the heart for the necklace. For the sleeves of the dress I just used the Snazaroo grass green. For the neckline of the dress I used the grass green mixed with a little bit of white. And for the middle part of the dress I used white mixed with a little green! I painted all of these sections and then outlined the neckline and chain of the necklace with silver Snazaroo paint because I didn’t have gold. Over that I just applied some gold eyeshadow from the Lick and Lash 35k palette. I also added some patterns on the middle of her dress the same way. I used a blue Snazaroo face paint for the little necklace and covered that in a silver eyeshadow from the same palette.
For my brows I used a red/brown shade from the Morphe 35n palette to match with my hair. For my eyes I started with the bright green shade from the Morphe 35c palette. In my crease I used the darker green shade from the same palette. To deepen it even more I used the shade Aja from the Juvias Place Magic palette and blended it into a wing. I used the P.Louise base to cut my crease and applied Buto from the same palette over the top. I used the Nyx liquid liner to create a wing and then applied the Nessychoice lashes and some mascara.
For my contour I used the deep green shade from the Morphe 35c palette. I also used this to contour my nose. For highlighter I used the green shade from the Makeup Revolution cool glo palette. For blusher I used a shade from a Makeup Revolution ultra blush palette in Sugar and Spice. On top of that I used a brown eyeshadow with a thin brush to draw on the freckles. And for my lips I used the Primark liner in wine and the Tarteist lip paint in Rose.
I added some shadows on my skin near my clothes and a bit of texture to the clothes and then I was done! To make the ears my friend painted some card with the same colour as my face. We cut out the ears and folded them at one end to create this shape. Then I just secured them to my head with bobby pins.
And that’s the look finished! I loved creating this look so much, I didn’t want to take it off! Let me know what you think and don’t forget to check out yesterday’s look – Neon Skull 3.0 (24/31)
