I wanted to try my hand at some quite gory things during this Halloween and the first one I did was this creepy half zombie. I even made the fake teeth!
First I blocked out my eyebrow on the side where the zombie was going to be. I then used the liquid latex and tissue to outline where I wanted the zombie parts to be.
For the normal parts of my face I used a mixture of the Revlon Colorstay 150 and Nyx Stay Matte but not Flat in Nude Beige because to make it a little more tanned. I used the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer under my eye to highlight. I then set all of that with the Rimmel Stay Matte translucent powder. For my brow I used the Makeup Revolution Ultra Brow palette and carved out my brow with the P.Louise base.
For my eye I used the bright red shade from the Morphe 35c palette and blended it up towards my brow. I then used the darker red shade from the Morphe 35n palette in my crease to deepen it. Finally I put black eyeshadow on my lid and applied Kiss lashes.
I then pulled up the inside edges of the liquid latex to make it look like peeling skin and applied some more liquid latex mixed with cotton wool to the inside to add some texture. When it was all dry I applied some grey face paint to the inside. I then added the fake teeth over the top with some liquid latex. I used some cotton wool and liquid latex to make the gums too.
I then used some black face paint to create some shadows and used red face paint to add some blood around the edges of the skin. I used grey, black and red eyeshadow to add some more detail. For the blood on the teeth I used the Nyx lip matte in Madrid. And finally I applied a lot of fake blood all over the zombie skin and so it dripped down my face and looked like it came out of my mouth.
And that’s the look finished! This is probably one of the goriest looks I’ve done so far but I really like how it’s come out!
I hope you like it and if you haven’t already, check out yesterday’s look – Fiona! (25/31)
